Students should be able to explain what plagiarism is and create a list of guidelines to avoid plagiarism. 


Be Inspired: 
It’s wonderful to use the internet for ideas and inspiration, but it’s unkind and wrong to take others’ work and call it your own. If you do use someone’s work, you need to give credit.

Today you are going to use three strategies to help you avoid plagiarism: 
1. Give credit and reference where you got the information from.
2. Use quotation marks.
3. Rewrite a piece of text in your own words.
